Cancellation Policy

I get it! Stuff happens… I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. This also includes clients who are late to their appointment by 8 minutes. If you are late, I only ask that you let me know at the time you know you are going to be late so that we can modify your service or reschedule. *If you reschedule your missed appointment for the next available time I have available, and still miss your appointment, you will be charged 75% of your appointment.* Please text me, (210)744-1335, if running late. I will always answer in a timely manner, unless I am with a client at time of text.
